25 Years in Education: A Message from our Founding Director

This year, Laurus International School of Science proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary— a milestone that fills us with deep gratitude and quiet pride.

Twenty-five years ago, Laurus began as an international preschool with a strong focus on science education. From the very beginning, we have held a simple yet ambitious belief: that education should empower students with science to think independently, communicate effectively, act courageously, and ultimately change the world for the better. What started as a small school with a big dream has grown into a vibrant learning community—shaped by curiosity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Over the past quarter century, we have welcomed thousands of children, each with their own talents, questions, and potential. We have seen our students grow into confident learners, global citizens, scientists, entrepreneurs, and leaders—many of whom have already started making meaningful contributions around the world. Their journeys remind us why Laurus exists.

This anniversary is not only a celebration of time passed, but also of the people who made this journey possible. I extend my heartfelt thanks to our dedicated teachers and staff, whose professionalism and passion define Laurus every day; to our students, who continuously inspire us with their creativity and resilience; and to our parents and community members, whose trust and support have sustained us through every chapter. Thank you to all those beyond our school community, whose support and belief have helped Laurus grow into what it is today.

As we look ahead, the world is changing faster than ever—yet Laurus’ mission remains unwavering. Through the Cambridge International curriculum and the Laurus Innovator Program, we will continue to nurture future innovators: the opening of our upper secondary school last year marked a significant milestone in this journey, enabling us to offer a seamless and rigorous academic pathway through to graduation. With the launch of new programs and the continued expansion of our educational pathways, Laurus moves forward with confidence, responsibility, and a clear vision for the future.

Twenty-five years is an important milestone, but it is only the beginning of our next story.
