We are pleased to share the latest results of Laurus students in a range of external examinations, including TOEFL, IELTS, EIKEN, and Suken.
These results reflect not only academic progress, but also the dedication, perseverance, and growth mindset that our students bring to their learning every day.
TOEFL & IELTS
TOEFL and IELTS are internationally recognized assessments of English proficiency. Through these examinations, Laurus students have demonstrated their continued development in English communication and academic language skills:
TOEFL: 5 out of 6 points (C1 level)
IELTS: 6.0 (B2 level)
These scores reflect the ability to use English effectively for academic purposes and in real-world global environments.
EIKEN Tests
EIKEN (Test in Practical English Proficiency) is Japan’s most widely recognized English language assessment. Laurus students achieved success across a wide spectrum of EIKEN levels, demonstrating a strong and continuous progression in English proficiency:
Grade Pre-1 (university intermediate level)
Grade 2 (high school graduate level)
Grade Pre 2+ (high school advanced level)
Grade Pre 2 (high school intermediate level)
Grade 3 (junior high graduate level)

Suken Tests
The Mathematics Certification Institute of Japan measures practical mathematics competency through tests called Suken Test. Laurus students achieved certifications across a wide range of levels:
