Laurus International School is currently seeking a teacher to lead Japanese language and Kokugo (National Language) classes for our elementary and junior high school students.
As our school continues to expand and our student body grows, we are looking for a full-time teacher to join our team.
We strongly encourage applications from candidates with prior teaching experience. Licensed teachers (Elementary, Junior High, or High School) are especially welcome. Additionally, our school has significantly improved working conditions, including salary and holidays, as of 2024!
We also welcome applications from those with experience as a cram school instructor or teaching groups of around 25 elementary and junior high school students who are eager to challenge themselves in an international environment.
We are actively seeking educators who can teach:
Standard Kokugo classes similar to those in public schools
Small-group Japanese language classes for students who are not native Japanese speakers

We prioritize candidates with hands-on teaching experience who can make independent decisions in the classroom.

This role also involves managing the entire process of opening new campuses, from property search and site selection to school opening, including relocations of existing campuses.
Key Responsibilities
